Sarah is a Chartered Psychologist, an extremely successful Coach and Organisational Development professional, and has a wealth of experience in observing, assessing and facilitating the development of senior talent. She brings with her an in-depth understanding of how our thinking and behavioural styles influence our ability to impact individual performance, performance of those we work with and business results.

Sarah has applied her many skills across a range of industries assessing and developing leadership behaviours of senior talent throughout a wide range of development programs, including assessment centres, delivery of workshops, master classes and team and individual coaching.

Sarah 'flies the talk', having successfully competed in various team and individual sports, most notably at international level in paragliding, including medals at World and European Championships and three World records. She enjoys pushing the limits of her comfort zone sailing a Formula 18 catamaran with her husband.
