Jackie is an experienced trainer and facilitator with over 20 years of involvement in development training. A Psychology graduate and qualified Social Worker with a wealth of experience in all aspects of teambuilding, management development, stress management and diversity training. She designs and delivers courses from a pioneering, fun and experiential perspective. A top class facilitator who also provides 1:1 support and coaching, Jackie has worked with Government Ministers in public consultations for DWP, private companies and Local Government. Her “can do” attitude engages and empowers participants to reflect and learn in an accepting and motivating atmosphere.
Jackie has worked with all levels of managers from CEO to new appointees, postgraduates, apprentices and adults with learning disabilities.
