Eve works as a coach and consultant with individuals and groups, and has considerable experience in supporting clients through organisational change and interpersonal challenges. She enjoys working with leaders at all levels and regularly works with senior leaders and those aspiring for promotion to top level positions. Eve has particular expertise in coaching around strategy and delivering & managing change and to increase self-awareness, self-belief, confidence and creative thinking. She has also trained as a career coach and works with people facing redundancy or looking for new opportunities. Initially Eve worked as an internal coach in the BBC alongside a day job as a senior leader, coaching clients in areas such as Project management, IT, Worldwide, BBC Monitoring and the World Service. Until late 2007 she ran one of the corporation's multi-million pound regional operations, responsible for 250 staff working in radio, television and online services. Eve focused on motivating and supporting staff so they delivered the best for the business. She dealt with wide-scale change, starting new areas of business, recruiting, retaining and developing staff, helped introduce step changes in working practices including negotiating with unions, has overseen successful diversity and community initiatives and has implemented redundancy programmes. This was alongside a continuous role of quality assurance and accuracy with responsibility for thousands of hours of output each year.
