CoachingIf you believe there is someone in your organisation whose current performance does not match their full potential, then coaching is likely to be of huge benefit. Coaching is a results-focused business process that improves individual performance, productivity and personal engagement. Every coaching programme that we embark on is structured around clear and quantifiable objectives, which are agreed at the outset of the programme with the individuals concerned. These outcomes are likely to be individual, team and/or organisation specific. From the coachee perspective, a business or career coach will provide on-going feedback, insight and guidance throughout the process. Appropriate assessment, psychometric and 360° feedback tools may be used both at the outset and upon completion of coaching to measure results. Progress is evaluated halfway through the programme when objectives can be fine-tuned if appropriate.
